Workers Compensation

Worker's Compensation is a state created form of benefits, which provides a set rate of compensation for people who are injured during the course of their employment. The North Carolina Industrial Commission oversees all Worker's Compensation claims where a "Form 18" must be filed with the North Carolina Industrial Commission within 2 years of the date of injury.
